Account deletion is performed inside the Voteecal mobile app. Follow the steps below to permanently remove your account and associated personal data, subject to our Privacy Policy.
Open the Voteecal app
Launch Voteecal on your device and sign in if you are not already logged in.
Go to the Account page
Tap your profile or account entry in the top right corner of the app to open your account page.
Open Settings
On the account page, tap the settings icon in the top right corner.
Open Help
Tap Help to go to the Help page.
Find account deletion
On the Help page, locate the section named How to delete my account and tap it.
Start permanent deletion
Tap the Permanently Delete Account button.
Confirm deletion
A confirmation screen will appear. Review the details, then tap Permanently Delete again to confirm and delete your account.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Some public content or interactions may remain in limited archived form where operationally necessary, as described in our Privacy Policy.
